  • All sales are final.

  • All items are sold AS IS.

  • We do not offer cancellations, returns, refunds or exchanges. 

  • We do not offer holds on any items.

  • Sold items must be picked up within 14 days of the purchase date.

  • If additional time is needed to pick up your item, a request must be approved by Monstera House.

  • If your item is not picked up within 14 days, your item will be considered abandoned and will be resold.

All items sold are vintage. All items sold are in good vintage condition unless otherwise stated. We do our best to describe any and all flaws or blemishes an item may have. We include product photos and descriptions. Please make sure you read and view all details before purchasing. We are happy to send more photos, videos or answer any questions you may have about the item you are interested in. We encourage you to make an appointment to preview an item if you have any concerns before purchasing. 

Local Pickup 

  • Local pickups are scheduled by appointment after checkout. 

  • Please contact us asap if you have missed your assigned pickup time or need to reschedule.

  • Items that have not been picked up within 14 days without a prior request for extension will be considered abandoned and will be resold. 

Delivery

  • We offer curbside delivery throughout Richmond, Hampton Roads, Charlottesville, D.C. and surrounding areas for an additional fee.

  • Buyer is responsible for making sure doorway and hallways can accommodate order.

  • Purchases made before requesting a delivery quote will not be refunded — the buyer is responsible for covering delivery costs or arranging pickup.

Shipping 

  • For housewares items, please allow 3 - 5 days for your order to be shipped. 

  • Ship items at your own risk. We are not responsible for items lost, stolen or damaged. If you have any issues with your order, please contact UPS.

  • Furniture shipments take longer due to third-party shipping companies.

  • Shipping cost for larger items at checkout does not represent accurate shipping cost — this is a placeholder until buyer requests a shipping quote.

  • Purchases made before requesting a shipping quote will not be refunded — the buyer is responsible for covering shipping costs or arranging pickup.
